The Crushing Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimising all crushing and screening operations to safely and efficiently execute the mine plan in line with production targets. The role ensures compliance with safety, health and environmental standards while driving equipment availability, maintenance effectiveness, and product quality. It involves coordinating operational activities, managing labour and resources, and collaborating with mining and technical teams to achieve production, cost, and quality objectives, while continuously improving performance and operational excellence.

• National Senior Certificate 
• National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Managerial qualification will be advantageous.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license
